Calling all animal lovers and artists of every age! We’re now accepting entries for our upcoming Wild at Art fall art show celebrating the creatures that inspire, delight, and share our world. From beloved pets and backyard visitors to farm animals, wildlife, birds, insects, and even creatures of the imagination, we welcome artwork in all styles and mediums. Artists of all ages and experience levels are encouraged to participate—from budding young artists to seasoned professionals. Whether your work is playful, realistic, whimsical, or wonderfully wild, we’d love to see your creative take on the animal kingdom. So pick up your pencils, paints, cameras, clay—or whatever inspires you—and join the menagerie!

Please join us at the Library to play Canasta (Spanish for “basket”). It is a card game of the rummy family, invented in Uruguay in 1939, as an attempt to design a time-efficient game that is as engaging as Bridge.

Our Card Master will be off through the end of September. Please be on the lookout for Canasta time slots in October!

Every Tuesday @ 10AM
 School aged children are welcome as well! Come for stories, crafts, and playtime. Caretakers must stay and are encouraged to participate. No registration required.

Wednesday mornings @10:30 & Thursday afternoons @ 1:30
Please join us at the library to play Mahjong. Participants of all skill levels are welcome, but actual players should be familiar with Mahjong tiles and terminology, basic rules, game setup, and winning hands. Drop by for our Wednesday games, or sign up to let us know you are coming on Thursday.

Meetings will be held every Friday from 2 PM till 3 PM at the Chatt Hills Library

We’re a book and topic club. Each month, we will select a book that inspires exploration of a related real-world topic. Fiction and non-fiction books are equally welcome. Topic areas include, but are definitely not limited to, history, current events, futurism, religion, politics, art, STS (science, technology, and society), etc.
